invite you to a workshop in Arabic Calligraphy led by

Dr. Muhammad Habib

where you will learn the essentials of this art and use brush pens to create your own hand-lettered art.

There will be two sessions to accommodate interest, please join us for either one:

Session one: 1:30pm-2:30 pm at Taft Hall, Room 301

Session two: 3:15pm-4:15pm at Stevenson Hall, Room 315

Dr. Muhammad Habib is a calligrapher and preceptor in Arabic at Harvard University. Her received his MA and PhD in Arabic Language and Linguistic from the Al-Azhar University in Cairo. He studied calligraphy at the Calligraphy Institute in Cairo, Egypt, and gives workshop on the art of calligraphy at institutions across the country.
